SWAMP BUGGIES ARE USUALLY MADE TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE OVER SMALL TREES AND USUALLY HAVE EXPANDED METAL CAGING TO PROTECT RIDERS FROM TREE BRANCHES.  MARSHES HAVE MOSTLY MARSH GRASSES AND DO NOT REQUIRE AS MUCH RIDER PROTECTION AS SWAMP BUGGIES.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE PONTOON UNDERCARRIAGE: THE TRACK UNITS OF THE BIG FLOAT COMPROMISE A SPROCKET, AND IDLER, TRACK ROLLERS AND STANDARD TRACK-CHAINS, WHICH ROLL AROUND THE TWO PONTOONS.  THANKS TO THE UNIT'S NEW CONSTRUCTION, WHICH HAS BEEN PATENTED WORLDWIDE, THE DRIVER CAN USE THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDER TO PULL THE PONTOONS CLOSER TOGETHER FOR DRIVING ONTO A LOW-LOADER OR TRANSPORTING OVER PUBLIC ROADS.  ON BIG FLOAT MACHINES IT IS POSSIBLE TO ATTACH ADDITIONAL PONTOONS AND HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED SUPPORT OUTRIGGERS TO THE SIDES OF THE PONTOONS.  THESE ATTACHMENTS ARE PROVIDED AS AN OPTION.
